4. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms are defined in project proposals or agreements.
  • A deposit may be required before project commencement.
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on:

  • Scope of work
  • Client feedback turnaround
  • Content/material submission by client

Delays caused by incomplete client input may extend project deadlines.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Deliver required content on time
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly
  • Ensure rights to any materials provided to us

KUTPASTE is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

7. Revisions & Modifications

Revision limits, if any, are defined in the project agreement.
Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

  • Payment gateways
  • Plugins or APIs
  • Marketing platforms

We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions, policy changes, or outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Website downtime caused by hosting providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments must be cleared
  • Work completed up to termination will be delivered upon payment
  • Access credentials may be revoked if dues remain unpaid

12. Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of guaranteed results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.

Marketing and SEO results depend on market conditions and external factors beyond our control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
